We are happy to co-sponsor with the W.A. Franke Honors College through a series of workshops titled, “Bridging Borders: Honoring Interdisciplinary Student Talent.”
It is a collaborative relief printmaking workshop, led by School of Arts students, Ana Paula Monobe and Linda Garcia Escobar. Ana and Linda will share their own expertise as artists and thinkers. Both Ana and Linda explore alternative art-making techniques tied to their Latin American Heritage and creative practices.
Join us in an opportunity to design and print your own artist print and/or tote bag using relief printing techniques. These prints will also contribute to a collaboratively made patchwork artwork, to be displayed in the Franke Honors College.
No drawing or printmaking experience is needed to attend!
