Dos Nogales by Hugo Salcedo

Internationally acclaimed playwright Hugo Salcedo releases “2 Nogales,” a tale that weaves direct testimony of asylum seekers in Nogales shelters who are seeking refuge.  

Themes presented in the play include the dangerous journey through the Darién Gap, the difficulties in securing appointments through the CBP One App and reasons why asylum seekers flee their home countries.

Opening day is May 9th at the Temple of Music and Art, Cabaret Theater.
