Michelle Ceballos

Michelle joined the Confluencenter for Creative Inquiry as the Outreach Coordinator to support development, community engagement with and activation of the Reclaiming the Border Narrative Archive in collaboration with the University of Arizona Library’s Special Collections. Michelle was raised in ambos Nogales and Tucson. She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in history-literature, with a focus on Latin America. She has a background in workplace, union and community organizing. Before joining Confluencenter Michelle was doing community organizing and policy change work around reproductive and housing justice issues with immigrant families and tenants in Southern California.
