Crossing Boundaries: Virtual Dialogues Seminar Series

Linda Green, director of Latin American Studies, and Matias Bianchi, School of Government and Public Policy, used innovative technologies to create a virtual seminar series linking UA faculty and students with scholars and other leaders in Latin America. The dialogues were organized in partnerships with Asuntos del Sur (a non-profit organization that serves as a think tank for Latin Americanists), FLACSO (Facultad Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales)-Ecuador, FLACSO-Argentina and Catholic University of La Paz in Bolivia. The series served hundreds of participants in Tucson and in Latin America.
