Using strategies from stand-up comedy and improv, artist Sheri Crider will discuss the curatorial process of the exhibition, "Other TARGETs," while highlighting the inspiration, artistic processes, and community work that connects today's activism with decades of civil rights struggles. Crider's process asks the questions: How can we expand our immediate spaces for creative civic engagement? Can we create and demand equitable communities?
